Havin' Fun Now! - cjs - 08-20-2010 Does my front courtyard ever smell good!!!!! All Beef Frankfurters I tried to make them fairly small so we can have them more often. I need to search back and find those pics you posted, I just have lawn and it is nowhere near as exciting-sounding as a courtyard. I want a courtyard, too! Those hot dogs look great. Theresa - I just might beat you there. I'm going to get my pork jowls in cure tomorrow. Then, depending on the weather we'll make the venison sausage Sunday and then the next day get them in the smoker. Then mid week we'll smoke the jowls. Re: Havin' Fun Now! - cjs - 08-20-2010 Oh PJ, I just love saying I have a couryard - and I guess it is. This is a picture from one of the Christmases after we put it in. Inside the fencing are pavers to the right and a raised deck. If we want company, we sit on the raised deck where the neighbors can see us out - of we don't we sit over to the right and no one knows we're outside. The 'back courtyard' is now a vineyard! The nutritional value: each dog: Cal: 107; fat: 6g; chol: 29mg; carb: 1g; fiber: 0g Whoooee - we love to 'grab' a hot dog and not have to worry about all the fat and crap.
