Butterscotch Pound Cake---yummy! - Mare749 - 05-08-2010 Made this yesterday to have an extra dessert and was very glad I did. Really good! Saw the recipe posted in an ad on facebook. Note: the batter is very thick, but it turns out great. * Exported from MasterCook * Butterscotch Pound Cake - 1 pkg yellow cake mix - 1 c sour cream - 1 sm instant vanilla pudding - 1/2 c vegetable oil - 4 eggs - 1 pkg butterscotch chips Directions 1 Preheat oven to 350. 2 Combine 1st 5 ingredients. Mix well for 4 minutes. 3 Gently stir in butterscotch chips. 4 Pour into well-greased and floured Bundt pan and bake. So, it's a good one for making ahead, which is always helpful for entertaining.
