We made the Shrimp Risotto with Chive Gremolata from Issue #57 tonight. I did a search on the posts and don't find it mentioned previously by anyone.
It is an excellent recipe. We didn't make any alterations and definitely plan to make it again. Usually risotto is an accompanianment, but this was a nice main course for us. It was not so rich as some of the other risotto recipes probably because it only called for 2 T of parmesan. The Chive and Bacon Gremolata was a very nice addition.
