As I was kneading my sourdough pizza dough this a.m. I got to thinking of dessert pizza....so, divided this dough in half and added to half the dough, lemon zest and black pepper. Both halves are now rising and I can think of at least 30!! topping ideas to play with. But, blueberries are leading the pack.
It smells delicious!!

Really interesting!! How about tellagio cheese and figs, or jack cheese and mango, or grueyere, cilantro, and grapefruit? You are right it is a virtual canvas!!!

Just flipped open Pizza Pizza Pizza - came open to Lemon Pizza with Red Onion & Rosemary. Hmmmm.
