I seem to be missing my newest Cuisine At Home. I was looking for the Mashed Potato with Rutabaga and Parsley Recipe. Does anyone have that handy?
I have looked everywhere for it.

Mashed Potatoes w/ rutabaga and parsley CAH#65 Oct 2007
Makes 6 cups, total time 50 min
Boil:
3 cups rutabagas, peeled, cubed
Add: stir in:
1 recipe Mashed Potatoes
¼ c chopped fresh parsley
2 T unsalted butter
Boil Rutabagas in a large pot with enough salted water to cover by 2”. Cook for 10 min.
Add potatoes *** according to recipe and cook until rutabaga and potatoes are tender.***
Mash as indicated in the recipe, stirring in parsley and 2 t butter while potatoes are still warm.

*** 2.5 # peeled russets, cut into 2” chunks
Drain all, return to heat to dry for 1 min.
Mash, and add:
½ stick uns butter
½ c half and half
If needed, stir in another ¼ half and half, season w/ salt and pepper.
Continue w/ recipe.

Well I made the mashed potatoes and they were great! I had forgotten what rutabagas were like. They tasted better than I remembered. I was a kid and thought they were particularly bitter. It was nice to go back to my childhood. Thanks for all your help!
