Found an incredibly good and EASY bread recipe on foodgawker! O my this is good, did the whole thing in the food processor. It rose up so quick and perfect, and what a flavor. The secret I think is the 1/2C cornmeal, it's so good
OH and the next day I made it again but used only half the recipe and made us a pizza, perfect, like Brooklyn. This is my new go to recipe!!

Cis, I did focaccia this weekend and plan on making loaf style next weekend. I'm so glad it has gotten cool enough to make it again! I'll be trying this recipe for sure. The addition of cornmeal makes SO much sense. Off to find the recipe! Thanks!

Wow, those loaves look delicious! Thanks for telling us about it and the idea for pizza is a good one. I have done this with semolina flour from time to time and it's always really tasty, but have never used cornmeal except on the stone.

DUH! NOW I see the link....two new recipes later, I found it! I ALSO found a Pesto Bread AND a Chocolate Hazelnut Souffle! OIY!
