It sure is easy to loose track of days when you're retired!
Since we were really good yesterday, I think I may make
Creamy Bacon Carbonara , if William agrees. We'll see. If the weather continues to hold, he may want to grill.

I picked up a couple of nice looking eggplants yesterday, so making grilled vegetable sandwiches, using that instead of zucchini. (No, this is not my photo, but it makes the sandwich look appetizing.)

More grilling today, pork kebobs w/ peach melba sauce and grilled asparagus.
ETA: The 'Carolina peach preserves' in this recipe came from my secret Santa, Daphne. Thank you again Daphne.
