Thanks for the idea Jean, I just added apples to my grocery list for an 'Apple Pie' topping on our French toast tomorrow night.
Today's dinner is house special chow mein with pan fried noodles.

Not feeling the cooking gene today. (Those 17 cookies I made yesterday wore me out).
Maybe when Tony gets back from San Diego he'll have an idea?
If not, I have some tortellini and homemade marinara in the freezer we could thaw.

Same here, Denise. I'm so happy for all of you. Have a wonderful time!
Ron is working on babyback ribs for dinner. I made a nice crunchy salad to offset the heat of his sauce.
Tator tots or a few fries on the side.

We went out to lunch in the city after church and did a little shopping. If I get hungry, which is doubtful at this point, I'll snack on some popcorn.

That's so exciting, Denise! I made stuffed poblanos with chicken, rice, salsa, and cheddar cheese. They totally hit the spot, so I'm feeling pretty satisfied right now...

I dibs and dabs of different pastas and added peas and some Louisiana Spicy Smoked Sausage. Man, was it good. And, because we were so bad yesterday, we're finishing it off today!!!
