Alyssa and Tommy are spending the night with us, so it's going to be a "make your own pizza" night, then Belgian waffles in the morning. I'm trying not to think about all the carbs.

If blueberry muffins have blueberries in them, what do vegan muffins have?

Went freezer diving and found a honey baked ham bone and another package with a few slices of ham in it so Tony is making ham and navy bean soup. One his specialties. Will be a nice meal with all this rain.

Ham and Navy beans is one of my all-time favorites too! Wish I had a ham bone.

We're going to a party with the kids, so I'll have to report later.

I was going to make stuffed lobster tail tonight, but it's snowing and I lost my seafood mojo. I'm going to go with comfort food- Chicken parmesan.

That's amazing Blane - it's very nice over here and we were supposed to have snow also.
I can't remember if anyone likes spam around here, but I made Spam Primavera again today and finally found a wine to match - Chateau St. Michelle's Gewurztraminer - very good!
