What's on the menu for everyone today??
I'm overwhelmed with a fridge full of goodies, so not sure!! Will probably have to have 3 meals.

I have some leftover rotisseried chicken, so am thinking of doing a chicken caesar salad and a cup of soup.

I posted our brunch using the Thai Noodle salad on my shopping thread. It sure was good. I think later, we'll have the ribs and Mac & Cheese.

I did chicken with peas and mushrooms in my Schlemertoph with garlic parmesan bread. I love this clay cooker.
