What's on the menu for everyone today??
I have no idea -because Sharon's mailbox was full
and we could not discuss what we had on hand!! But, I know it will be healthy (except for late birthday cake....
) 'cause we have just gone looney tunes with food lately!!!

I'm going to a play with a friend. I think we'll just grab a quick bite at a tapas restaurant that neither one of us has tried.

I am going to make an alfredo pasta type dish with peas, asparagus, parsley and honey baked ham. I had to take a second mortgage out to buy the ham today but I had to have it.

I like your idea better.
I have rice paper - we could wrap some cochinita pibil in rice paper with some ???? and deep fry them?
Cake is made - next time I'm using fondant - marzipan is a pain in the butt.

Okay, so how long are we going to let Jean believe that today is Thursday?

"snicker, snicker"
Actually, I just noticed it myself.
Dinner tonight is an assortment of tapas that is building up in the fridge. Time to take it all out and nibble with a good glass of wine.

I might as well head there too. F'ing marzipan! I'm finishing a Bloody Maria and hitting the shower.
I just had an idea! Cochinita Pibil Poutine! I think this could be seriously fun!
